Double Ladder Match for 3 Count's Gold Record & Recording Contract: 3 Count (w/ Tank Abbot) vs The Jung Dragons
Pre-Match: So presumably, it seems the idea of a double ladder match is that each time will go for something different, and this isn't winner take all...? Tony tells us that 3 Count is more concerned with the gold record, and the Dragons want the contract so 3 Count can't make any more records.
Jamie-San and Helms start this off  with some quick chain wrestling.  Then everyone rushes for the ladders set up by the ramp. Shannon and Evan into the guard rail. Yang has brought a ladder to the ring but Shannon intercepts. Yang sent into the corner and Shannon sets the ladder in the opposite corner. Yang tries to throw him into it with a running powerbomb but Shannon fights out of it, then Shannon goes for one but he's back dropped into the ladder. Yang lays the ladder across the middle rope in the corner before setting Shannon up on the top rope, only for Shane to crotch him on a ladder rung. Jamie comes back in and gets a powerbomb by Shane, then a splash by Shannon who for some reason goes for a cover. Shane and Shannon swing Yang onto the ladder. Then Kaz is press slammed onto Jamie, then Shannon is popped up and splashed onto them.
Dragons are tossed out and 3 Count set up the ladder and Shane makes the climb but he's intercepted by Kaz. Evan gets Kaz on his shoulders, and Yang with Shane on his. Jamie with a springboard clothesline to Shane and Shannon with a springboard dropkick to Kaz. Evan is tossed out to the floor and Yang makes the climb but Shannon pushes the ladder over and Yang gets hung up on the top rope. Shannon with a baseball slide to Kaz on the outside. Jamie sets up the ladder by the apron and climbs to dive out onto them. Yang makes the climb again and Evan has grabbed the other ladder now. Evan cuts off Yang and Shannon sets up the other ladder. Evan pulled down to the mat. Shannon pulls Yang down to the mat off the ladders. Neckbreaker by Shane to Kaz off the ladder. Kaz and Evan climb, Evan with a superplex off the ladder.
Jamie is sandwiched in the corner with a ladder, then a ladder across Kaz's chest, double leg drop onto it from Shane and Shannon. Shane sets the other ladder up across from the other corner, Jamie with a spin kick to Shane, clothesline to Kaz from Evan. Evan with a powerslam to Kaz onto a ladder. Evan leans a ladder against the rope and Shannon catapults the ladder into Jamie's face. Yang with a springboard moonsault to Shannon on the outside.Evan and Shane into guard rails. Jame with a Frankensteiner. Yang and Kaz climb the ladder with a pair of splashes onto Shannon. Jamie repositions a ladder and takes down the gold record, then Tank steals it after the ladder is pushed over.
Evan is sandwiched between a ladder and Jamie with a leg drop from the top rope. They set the ladder up under the contract but Shannon pulls Kaz off. He and Yang fight, then Kaz and Shannon fight on the other, Shane pushes their ladder off. Yang is pushed off, then Jamie hits Shannon with a sitout powerbomb. Kaz and Shane race up the ladders, then Tank pushes them both off. Evan climbs back up and takes down the contract in 11:34. Well this was a car crash, and it was actually kind of fun to watch but it's a nightmare to recap. Also I can't tell if Dragons won the record or not.

3 Count and Tank celebrate and I guess they do get the record too. Tank leaves with their prizes dancing.

Filthy Animals are messing around in Cat's office until he comes in. They want to referee the tag title match tonight and a shot at the titles on Nitro, and in exchange they'll return the belts that they stole on Thunder.  Cat says he'll think about it.

The Great Muta vs The Cat
Pre-Match: Cat gets a mic. He knows Muta doesn't understand English so he breaks it down so he can understand what he's saying. He says he's the Great Muta and he's gonna kick his great ass, then gets a cheap shot in with the mic to start this match.
Cat with more shots and mounted rights in the corner, then an elbow drop as Muta falls to the mat. Muta rakes the eyes and delivers a snapmare, then an elbow of his own off the ropes. Muta working the arm, armbar take down into a short arm scissor, then an armbar, then Muta just breaks the hold. Muta with boots and choking in the corner, then back to the arm. Cat with some thrust kicks and goes for the arm but Muta gets in a throat shot. Stump puller from Muta, then a spin kick in the corner drops Cat to the mat.
Now Tygress comes out for some reason, Cat is sent into the corner, Muta misses a handspring and Cat connects with a throat shot and a side kick sending Muta to the floor. Cat chokes him with a cable, then Muta sent into the guard rail and a side kick to the face from Cat. Back in the ring, Cat covers for two. Muta misses a roundhouse and gets a throat shot, then an uppercut. Muta catches a kick and gets him with the dragon screw. Heel hook by Muta but Cat gets to the ropes and forces a break.
Backbreaker by Muta, then goes up top and misses a moonsault. Cat misses a roundhouse and gets misted, just as Tygress goes up top with a chair and rams it into Muta's head. Cat covers but Muta kicks out. Cat with a leaping side kick, then Muta sent into the corner and a kick to the back of the head. Muta sent into the corner again and caught with the Feliner for the win in 6:49. Every time I see Muta I wonder just how they pitched this return to him, between getting involved in the 3 Count/Jung Dragons thing, to getting involved with Demon and Vamp, to now losing to Cat. Also they can't seem to decide if Cat is a heel or not. Also I swear Cat went between babyface and hell about 5 times in this match somehow.

Cat celebrates and leaves with Tygress.

We see Buff backstage looking around for his mother, which brings us to...

So out comes Kanyon, and he has Judy and standing  standing on a forklift platform. Kanyon gets a mic and it's not working. Oh now it is. Kanyon asks who's better than him and the crowd shout "nobody". He says this was supposed to be Judy Bagwell on a Pole, but after searching the entire second-rate country of Canada, which prompts a "US sucks" chant, and he channels his inner David Arquette in that post-Slamboree promo. He continues and says that after searching the whole godforsaken country, he couldn't find a pole that would hold that big, fat battle ax, so this is now Judy Bagwell on a Forklift. Buff sees this happening on a monitor in the back and makes his way out. Buff tries to lower Judy from the forklift but he's cut of by Kanyon. Kanyon goes face first off the apron, then whipped into and over the guard rail. They fight through the crowd and eventually Kanyon is whipped back into and over the guard rail and into the ring to officially start this match.

Judy Bagwell on a Forklift Match: Buff Bagwell vs Positively Kanyon
Kanyon gets Judy as his valet if he wins this match.
Kanyon comes off the ropes, Buff drops down and Kanyon's caught with a backdrop, then a spinning neckbreaker from Buff. Mounted rights int he corner by Buff only to be caught with a low blow, then Kanyon joins him on the middle rope for a Russian leg sweep. Kanyon covers for two. Kanyon with a suplex, then grabs some wire cutters to remove the turnbuckle pad. Since when did those things need wire cutters? Buff is sent towards the exposed buckle, catches himself and tries to go up and over but he's caught with a sitout Alabama Slam into a pin for two.
Buff face first into a normal corner, then Kanyon tries to send him into the exposed one but Buff blocks just in time, getting his shots in, then tries to send Kanyon into it but he's caught with a cobra clutch, bringing Buff down to his back. Buff almost passes out but there's still life in him and he fights back to his feet, Kanyon sent off the ropes, blocks a hip toss and delivers a neckbreaker into a cover for two. Kanyon goes for the Cutter but he's sent chest first into the exposed buckle, then face first. Buff covers but it only gets two. Kanyon sent off the ropes, lifted up, but Kanyon delivers the Kanyon Cutter, covers but Buff kicks out.
So Page's music suddenly hits, and speaking of Arquette out he comes. to Kanyon's glee. Buff takes advantage though and delivers some clotheslines. David has grabbed the hard hat Kanyon came out wearing as Buff goes to the middle rope, nails him in the back, Kanyon covers but it still only gets two. David is up on the apron and Kanyon sends Buff toward him, ready to hit him with the hat again but Buff ducks and pulls him into the ring. Buff sent off the ropes, ducks a double clothesline and hits one of his own. Buff back to the middle rope and hits a double Blockbuster, covers Kanyon for the win in 6:48. You know if you take away the dumb stipulation this match is not as bad as it's legend has been made out to be, even with Arquette's random interference.

Buff celebrates and lowers and frees his mother from the forklift, they embrace and head to the back. Kanyon helps Arquette to his feet and they raise their arms, then embrace only to deliver a Kanyon Cutter. Kanyon leaves.

Storm has gotten a police escort to the arena.

Over to commentary, and they inform us that Goldberg was injured in a motorcycle accident the day before, though they don't know how bad it was or if Goldberg will be there tonight.

Four Corners Match for the WCW World Tag Team Championship: Gen. Rection & Cpl. Cajun vs Mark Jindrak & Sean O'Haire vs The Perfect Event vs Kronic (c)
Disco Inferno as special guest referee. Juventud Guerrera, Rey Mysterio Jr. & Tygress as ringside enforcers. Konnan on commentary.
Pre-Match: Disco gets a mic and basically says he's the one referee and the other three are the enforcers, and if they lay a hand on any of them, not only will they be disqualified and heavily fined, but he'll have their asses wrestling polar bears in Alaska the next six months. So is this an elimination match? How do you disqualify one team in a 4-way?
Adams and Palumbo start this out. Lock up until Palumbo is shoved away. Another lock up and Palumbo gets a cheap shot in, then some rights into a side headlock, sent off the ropes and a shoulder block barely budges Adams. Palumbo comes off the ropes only to be sent to the floor. Animals attack Palumbo and Stasiak goes after Adams. Stasiak sent off the ropes into a full nelson slam. Palumbo back in and he and Adams tag in Jindrak and Cajun. Cajun caught with a jawbreaker and a dropkick, then Jindrak covers for two.
Cajjun sent off the ropes and catches Jindrak with a headscissor. Cajun tags in Clark, Jindrak sent off the ropes into a shoulder block. Palumbo nails Clark with a side kick and O'Haire tags in. O'Haire sent into the corner, leaps up top, Clark avoids a 450 but eats a heel kick to the side of the head, then O'Haire covers for two. O'Haire sent off the ropes into a tilt-a-whirl powerslam, covers but Disco makes a slow count for two. Clark tags in Rection, Sean sent off the ropes into a shoulder block, covers but Stasiak breaks it up. Sean sent off the ropes, Rection tries to leapfrog but he's caught with a sitout powerbomb. Rights in the corner by Sean, then Event double team Rection, and Tygress runs in to give him a Bronco Buster, then Rey goes one but gets a low blow. Stasiak gets him with a clothesline and lays into him with boots and rights. Rection counters a scoop, then goes for a catapult but he's shoved into the corner, and lands face first between Stasiak's legs.
Cajun tags himself in off of Rection and delivers a dropkick, then some rights and a clothesline, before covering and Disco counts slow again for one. Cajun sent into the corner and into a gutbuster, then Stasiak covers for another slow count for two. Cajun sent off the ropes, through the legs, Rection tags in and delivers clotheslines to everyone, until O'Haire nails one of his own. Palumbo covers and Disco counts slow for two. Rection sent off the ropes into a sleeper hold and Rection drops to the mat, nearly passing out, but he still has life in him. Rection fights out, off the ropes, kneed in the back by O'Haire and eats a standing side kick from Palumbo. Stasiak back in with boots, Rection sent off the ropes into a spinning back elbow, then Stasiak covers and Adams breaks it up immediately. Stasiak into the corner for a clothesline, then tags in Cajun, who launches off Rection's back only to be caught, Stasiak uses Cajun to take out Rection before delivering an inverted atomic drop, then Cajun's clotheslined to the floor. Adams sends Stasiak out to the floor and the Animals are on the attack. Jindrak and O'Haire send Adams out, then a double clothesline to Clark. Double team suplex to Clark, then Sean goes up top with the Seanton Bomb. Rection clotheslines Sean, then Jindrak gets him with a DDT, DDT from Cajun to him, Palumbo gets Cajun with a belly to belly. Adams and Clark go for High Time on Palumbo but out come Muta and Vamp. Palumbo tries to roll up Adams and in the process knocks Muta off the apron, slow count, Adams kicks out. Palumbo goes for a powerbomb but Clark cuts him off, then delivers the pumphandle powerslam, then covers, slow count and Disco flips him off even though he would have had three. Stasiak goes up top, caught with a press slam and tossed out onto Jindrak and O'Haire. High Time to Palumbo, then Loco runs out to nail Disco, takes his ref shirt, makes a fast count and Kronic retain in 12:26. This was an absolute clusterfuck.

Konnan is convinced they were double crossed by Cat and doesn't like having to face Kronic. MIA and Kronic regroup as Event head to the back.

Pamela is with Jarrett backstage. Jarrett wants to know where the Jurassic slap ass is and wonders if she wore Okerlund out the night before, but rescinds his question because the thought might make him puke all over her.  As far as Booker goes, he know he isn't there yet because Jarrett's been looking for him all day long, and the minute he arrives he better have eyes in the back of his head, because the title is coming back around Jarrett's waist. He makes it a guarantee and tells her to choke on it.

Strap Match: The Franchise (w/ Torrie Wilson) vs Billy Kidman
Pre-Match: WCW for once making a logical decision, this match is won by pinfall and not that dumb rule of touching the four corners. Douglas gets a mic. He says that while Kidman's thought he's been cute by entertaining the low life fans with sex tapes, all he's done is pissed off the Franchise. He says Torrie doesn't deserve a punk like Kidman and asks how many times Kidman has to get his ass franchised before he realizes he wasn't man enough to handle Torrie all night long. He says he and Torrie aren't too happy being in Canada and has no problem taking skin off Kidman's ass in this strap match.
They use the strap to pull each other closer, only to back up. Then again, Douglas misses a clothesline and Kidman ties up his legs with the strap to trip him up. More shortening of the strap, Douglas with a right and boots, Kidman sent off the ropes, misses a right and Douglas is tripped up, Kidman follows with a leg drop. Kidman leaves the ring and eyes Torrie, but gets Douglas with a clothesline. Douglas is whipped into the guard rail, then pulls Douglas into the ring post, using the strap to choke him around the ring post. Back in the ring, Kidman takes the whip and whips Douglas once, but then Torrie causes a distraction and Douglas trips him up. Douglas now choking him with the strap, then his inverted snapmare. Now Douglas whips Kidman before raking at his eyes in a chinlock. Kidman choked over the middle rope, then Torrie chokes him over the middle rope. Douglas with a knuckle lock, picking Kidman up and dropping him back down, getting some boots in as he works the wrist. Kidman lifted up again and crotched on the top rope, then more whipping with the strap by Douglas. Kidman begins fighting back with mounted rights in the corner, then Kidman's whipped across the ring, gets a boot up and hits a headscissor takedown. Baldo Bomb by Kidman into a pin for two.
Kidman rips off Douglas' shirt and begins whipping him with the strap, then Douglas sent into the corner, sidesteps and Kidman goes face first into the corner, only for Douglas to be tossed off to the mat. Low blows with the strap, then a stepup bulldog out of the corner, cover by Kidman and a near fall. Torrie back on the apron, Douglas sent off the ropes, ducks a clothesline, tries to line Kidman up for Torrie but he ducks and she slaps Douglas. Kidman covers for two. Kidman press slammed throat first on the top rope, then Douglas covers for two. Pittsburgh Plunge is countered into an inside cradle for Kidman, then Torrie rolls in to reverse it and Douglas rolls through into the Plunge, keeps the leg hooked for a pin but it's a near fall. Kidman sends Douglas off the ropes and into Torrie, Kidman with the Unprettier for the win in 8:26. Well this was barely a strap match, but it was fine. Nothing special.

Torrie tries to hit Kidman with a chair but she's caught. Kidman attaches the strap around her wrist and he starts whipping her. Douglas makes the save and has the strap around the neck of Kidman, choking and hanging Kidman over his shoulder. Vito makes the save... for some reason again and Douglas gets out of dodge, leaving with Torrie. Madden: "At least Kidman can say he was well hung." God damn it that actually made me laugh a bit.
Reno runs in from behind and attacks Vito with rights int he corner, then Vito fights back with rights and uppercuts. They exchange shots, Reno sent off the ropes into an inverted atomic drop and a Mafia Kick. Reno leaves as Kidman's music hits, Vito goes to check on him.

Booker arrives and as promised earlier he's attacked by Jarrett from behind, slamming the passenger door repeatedly into his bad leg before leaving.

Rip Off the Camouflage Match: Ms. Hancock vs Major Guns
Pre-Match: So rules aren't really explained, other than it has to end in the mud pit set up beside the ramp.
Hancock offers a handshake, Guns accepts then slaps Hancock. They start a catfight, then Guns is sent into the corner, whipped across the ring, a nice handspring back elbow from Hancock. She's sent across the ring, hair mare by Guns, then a rolling snapmare. Despite the fact that this is supposedly supposed to end in the mudpit, Guns gets a jackknife cover and the ref counts for two. So once again nobody knows the rules for this "match". Hancock sent off the ropes, ducks a clothesline and hits one of her own. Hancock rips off Guns' top, covers for two. Kick to the ribs by Hancock and chokes her with her knee. Guns sent off the ropes, Hancock leapfrogs but caught with a facebuster. Hancock removes Hancocks skirt, covers for two. Hancock with a scoop slam, covers for two. Hancock rakes the eyes, then to the middle rope with a crossbody into a cover for two.
Kip up by Hancock, Guns whipped into the corner and kicks right in the gut. Guns to the middle rope with a sunset flip for two. Guns sent off the ropes and Hancock misses a crossbody, clutching at her stomach as she rolls out. Guns with a double ax handle to the back, then Hancock face first off the apron. Guns is sent face first into the ring post and Hancock is still clutching her stomach. Guns' shorts are ripped off, left in a bikini. Hancock removes her top and now they go to the mudpit, Hancock sent into the side of it. Guns is backdropped into the mudpit, then Hancock just laughs at her. She tries to leave but she's pulled in with Guns. Hancock sends her into the side face first, then a second time. Hancock is still clutching her stomach, then Guns folds her up for the three in 6:46. I mean I'll give them credit for doing their best for the wrestling portion and for the most part did alright, but that's about it.

Guns celebrates as the ref checks on Hancock, and out runs David, even Guns is calling for help.

Back to commentary and a stretcher's being brought out for Hancock. Commentary try to kill time a bit before going to the back.

Pamela is with what's being called the Dark Carnival, that being Vamp, Muta and Demon, and she speaks directly to Vamp, asking if the Demon can do what he couldn't. Vamp says Sting's nine lives have finally ticked down to zero, and the fate that the Juggalo army has for him will make Sting's dance with fire look like child's play. He tells Demon that tonight is his test, and Vamp wants to see if he has a black heart, enough to hang with the Dark Carnival, and with for his sake he better prove Vamp wrong. Demon leaves.

Back to commentary, as an update we're told that Hancock has severe abdominal pains and "it was not apart of the match," oh joy. They try to figure out what happened and Hancock is being wheeled out, still covered in mud, and loaded into the ambulance with David by her side. They also bring up her real name as Stacey Keibler, so there's something.

The Demon vs Sting
Pre-Match: Sting rappels down from the rafters to the ramp, and he's met immediately by Demon to get this started.
Sting with rights and Demon into the guard rail, then again across the aisle. Demon gets shots in now driving Sting toward the ring. Sting back on the offense and Demon's sent into the guard rail a third time before taking it to the ring. Sting with a Stinger Splash to the back and a Scorpion Deathdrop and.... oh it's over in 55 seconds.

And immediately Vamp and Muta attack. Sting is tossed out to the floor and the attack continues up the ramp. Sting is trying to be hung by his rappel line but out come Kronic for the save. Demon just walks by to the back and Kronic bring things to the ring. Demon looks on from the ramp as Muta and Vamp are knocked out of the ring. Adams gets a mic and are glad Vamp and Muta showed up, and someone told him that Vancouver was down with Kronic, and if the two of them aren't busy later, he offers them a shot at the tag titles. Vamp and Muta accept and leave.

Booker is getting checked out in the trainer's room and they kick out the cameraman.

It's time for the Canadian Heavweight Title match. Awesome is out first though he takes his sweet time. Lance is escorted out to the ring by police and he gets a fairly nice response from the home country crowd. For once he doesn't want to be serious for a moment, and he says that after wrestling for rude and obnoxious crowds, he finally gets to wrestle for real wrestling fans, in the greatest country in the world. We get a loud "US Sucks" chant. He explains that the reason he had an escort is because he's become a marked and hated man in the US, and despite claims of being a patriotic nation, they spit on him for defending his own country. He says it's irrational Americans thinking like that that has him worried of a terrorist attack in the back, it's not his fault the Americans think they rule the world, that he threatens that illusion, that tonight he defeats yet another American hero in Mike Awesome. In accordance with a Canadian championship bout, he's invoking rule 32b and names a special enforcer for this match. Fans want Bret, but instead it's Jacques Rougeau, formerly The Mountie. Well that sure deflated this crowd. Lance calls for the anthem to be played and for once it's played in full.

WCW Canadian Heavyweight Championship: Lance Storm (c) vs Mike Awesome
Jacques Rougeau as special enforcer.
Storm sent off the ropes into a shoulder block, then a double underhook facebuster. Awesome with rights in the corner, Storm sent across the ring for a clothesline. Awesome right rights, then a leg drop and a cover for two. Storm with a jawbreaker and a superkick, then sends Awesome shoulder first into the ring post. Awesome sent into the corner for a clothesline, then some chops in the corner by Storm. Awesome fights back, blocks a suplex, goes for one of his own, Storm avoids it but gets clotheslined to the floor.
Awesome with a double ax handle off the apron, then Storm is sent into the guard rail. Awesome pulls out a table and sets it up parallel to the apron. Awesome goes for a powerbomb but Storm charges him backward into the guard rail instead. Awesome's rolled back in and Storm hits a springboard dropkick, a cover for two. Storm sent into the corner, catches himself and leaps off the top but caught with a belly to belly. Awesome goes up top for some kind of top rope move but he slips and drops back to the mat on his feet and hits a clothesline.Awesome calls for an Awesome Bomb through the table, but he's caught with a backslide for two. Drop toe hold by Storm who goes for the Maple Leaf but he's shoved off , then a popup sitout powerbomb by Awesome, and... well Lance kicks out either just before or at the three, but the ref calls for the bell in 4:07.

Rougeau tries to insist it's two but the ref raises Awesome's arm in victory. Penzer goes to announce Awesome as the new champion but Rougeau pulls out the Canadian rulebook. Penzer announces that under Canadian rules, you have to win with a 5 count.

Canadian Heavyweight Title Match continues
Storm has rolled out to the apron and thumbs the eye, goes for a sunset flip but he's caught with an Alabama Slam, Awesome with a jackknife cover but it only gets three. Dragon sleeper from Awesome as Storm tries to fight out and... he taps in 5:04 total time.

Rougeau interrupts Penzer again. He announces that per Canadian rules, in a championship match in Canada, you can't win by submission, pinfall only.

Canadian Heavyweight Title Match continues... again
Storm with a bridging Northern Lights for two after sidestepping Awesome in the corner. Storm counters a scoop slam into a roll up with a bridge but only gets three. Storm misses a clothesline, German suplex by Awesome. Awesome sent out to the apron but hits a slingshot shoulder block, covers but only gets four this time. Awesome goes up top, nearly falls again but hits the frog splash and... wins again in 6:30 total.

Once again, Penzer is interrupted by Rougeau. As per Canadian rules, after a man is beaten by a five count, he has until the count of 10 to get to his feet or the match continues. So this is basically a Texas Death Match under King Kong Bundy Rules now.

Canadian Heavweight Title Match continues as a Texas Death Match
Ref begins his count and Storm makes it up at eight. Clothesline by Awesome sends him out of the ring. Awesome tosses the table he set up earlier into the ring, setting it up near the corner. Lance with a low blow and a chair to the head before they return to the ring. Storm covers for four and a half. Lance with rights and lays Awesome across the table, then goes up top but he's cut off by Awesome, with a belly to belly through the table. The ref has pretty much had enough now that Awesome and Storm have pretty much knocked each other out and he asks Rogeau what to do now. So he goes over to Penzer, and he announces that Rougeau has that the first man on his feet at the count of 10 will win this match. Rougeau rolls in to count with him. He tells the ref to count Storm so that he's got his back turned, and Rougeau clocks Awesome with a right and sends him back down. Storm gets to his feet and retains in a combined 9:23. Why does this company have to make things so fucking complicated? Awesome beat Storm three times CLEAN and it took a crooked enforcer for Storm to win, how does that in any way make Storm look good? I mean the crowd still loved it, but what the fuck? I will say the action was actually solid though, so it was a total bust, but this was typical WCW bullshit.

Storm and Rougeau embrace and Storm celebrates with his titles. Oh well out comes Bret now to the delight of the fans, and he embraces his fellow Canadians to the disgust of commentary. Bret and Rougeau hold the ropes open for Storm, then Storm holds them open for Bret and they all leave together.

They plug a t-shirt you can get by sending in your cable bill.

Pamela is backstage with Nash and there's still no Goldberg in sight. Nash isn't buying the accident and it's pissed him off and knew this would happen. He says he's in this sport for two things, money and the belt. He says he's getting the title shot, he's going over Steiner (that's a word for word quote again) tonight.

WCW World Tag Team Championship: Vampiro & The Great Muta vs Kronic (c)
Vamp is tossed out by Adams after Vamp shoves him, then Clark starts this with Vamp. Also I completely forgot that Vamp is also Canadian, as did I think the crowd because he and Muta got little reaction. Spin kick by Vamp after teasing a lock up, then some rights and a headbutt drive him into the corner. Vamp sent into the corner into a shoulder block, then Clark covers for two. Clark rakes the eyes, then Vamp with right, sent off the ropes into a powerbomb, covers for two. Adams tags in, Vamp sent off the ropes into double back elbows. Adams rakes the face with his boots, then sent off the ropes, kicked in the back by Muta and a spin kick by Vamp.
Muta tags in, Adams sent face first in the corner, whipped across the ring, Muta tries for a handspring elbow but he's caught with the full nelson slam, then a cover for two. Clark back in and Muta into the corner for boots and chops by Clark. More rights, then Muta sent off the ropes, ducks a clothesline and tags in Vamp, who runs into a powerslam and a cover for two. Adams back in with chops in the corner, Muta sent off the ropes into a big boot and Vamp rolls out to the floor.
Vamp is gorilla pressed to the floor before being tossed back int he ring. Adams goes for a powerbomb but Vamp counters with a facebuter. Vamp with a roundhouse to the chest and Muta comes back in, splitting the legs. Muta goes after the leg of Adams before tagging Vamp back in. Dropkick to the bad leg and begins working it himself, a low blow knee drop in between leg shots. Chops by Vamp and Clark comes in to get some shots in, but Muta gets a shot in himself with the ref's back turned. Clark is sent into the guard rail before being tossed back in. Adams sent off the ropes, ducks a kick and take each other out with shoulder blocks.
Clark gets the hot tag and Muta's in now. Clark with clotheslines to Muta and Vamp. Pumphandle powerslam to Vamp. Muta with a spinkick, then accidentally mists the ref and Clark with a back suplex to Muta. High Time is saved by Vamp. Vamp sent off the ropes into double shoulder blocks. And now the Harris Brothers arrive. They attack Kronic, Clark sent off the ropes  into a double back suplesx, then a  moonsault by Muta up top and we have new champions in 9:08. I liked this match. Could have done without the finish but I liked this match.

Harris Brothers leave. Muta and Vamp leave with their titles.

Pamela is backstage with Booker and asks if his knee will hold up tonight. Booker repeats what he's sad before that Jarrett will have to kill him before he takes the title off him. He says that Jarrett made a fatal mistake, he's still standing. He says Jarrett made it personal when he attacked his wife, and vows to leave Jarrett laying face down tonight.

Hype package for the three-way dance up next. All three have tried to basically kill each other the last month, and Nash has quite literally spoiled the end of this match. There's this whole shoot angle where they're going into business for themselves, and Goldberg is seemingly missing, so... Sigh, here we go.

Kevin Nash vs Scott Steiner vs Goldberg(?)
Announced as anything goes and there must be a winner. Winner gets a shot at the World Title at Fall Brawl.
Pre-Match: Goldberg's music plays but he's nowhere in sight. They play it a second time but he's still not there. So this will start as one-on-one.
Lock up to begin and Nash is shoved into the corner, Steiner with knees and boots to the midsection. Chops and rights, Steiner pulled back off an Irish whip into knees, sent off the ropes into a big boot and rolls out to the floor. Steiner is sent into the guard rail, then dropped chest first onto it. Oh here's  Goldberg with his ribs taped up and chair in hand, right to the gut of Nash then the head. Mounted rights until Steiner nails him from behind and tosses Goldberg into the ring.
Goldberg sent off the ropes into a clothesline and then an elbow, Steiner covers for two. Steiner with a boot to the face coming off the ropes, then a t-bone suplex and a cover for two. Goldberg sent off the ropes, ducks a clothesline and hits a shoulder block. Standing side kick right to the face, it looked like that legit connected. Nash is back in the ring. Nash with rights, then Goldberg with rights, boots in the corner. Nash with a kick and knees to the ribs until Steiner attacks from behind. Spinning belly to belly to Nash, cover and a kick out, and Steiner nearly murders the ref.
Nash sent off the ropes into a clothesline and an elbow, covers but Nash kicks out. Nash taken tot he corner but then Goldberg with a butterfly suplex to Steiner. Goldberg sent off the ropes and he and Steiner take either other out with clotheslines. Double clothesline to Goldberg and Steiner, then a sidewalk slam by Nash to Steiner. Goldberg sent off the ropes into a big boot as Steiner rolls out to the floor. Nash pulls down the straps, goes for the jackknifebut Goldberg shoves him off and just leaves. Goldberg starts to walk up the ramp and out comes Russo. He tells Goldberg to get his ass back in the ring and Goldberg has none of it and keeps walking to the back. Russo follows.
Nash is knocked out to the floor and Steiner nails him in the back with a chair, then Nash sent into the guard rail. Nash face first into the ring post, then they return to the ring. Steiner with a back suplex and a cover for two. Steiner with a backbreaker and a cover for two. Nash sent into the corner but gets a boot up right in Steiner's face as he charges. Now out comes Midajah, Nash with Snake Eyes to Steiner. Nash goes for a chokeslam but she takes out the ref and low blows Nash. Nash then low blows Steiner. Midajah low blows Nash again. Steiner covers, the ref comes to but it's a near fall.
Steiner goes for a slam but then he's caught with a DDT, Nash rolls over for the cover but Midajah breaks it up. Nash eyes her in the corner but Steiner jumps on his back and gets slammed into the corner as Midajah escapes, then Steiner send across the ring into a big boot. Nash pulls the straps down again and delivers the jackknife for the win in 10:51. So we're supposed to believe that Goldberg "went against the script" and they improvised a new finish, but this match went on another 5 minutes after Goldberg left, rather than Nash just hitting a jackknife on Steiner immediately and winning. This match wasn't all that good either, but I'll give credit to Steiner the guy seemed to actually be working his ass off at least as best he could with what he had to work with here.

Nash poses in the corner. Over to commentary to basically spell out what's just happened.

Now we have the video package for our main event, putting over Booker and how hard he worked to get where he is, while Jarrett's gone out of his way to take Booker's knee out in the weeks leading up to this, attacking Booker's wife and anyone who even looked at him funny.

Michael Buffer is out for the introductions. Jarrett is out first. He is the man with the stroke, he has destroyed opponents around the world,  he comes to us from Music City USA, the man known as the Chosen One, 4x World Champion, Jeff Jarrett. Then Booker is out. From the streets of Harlem, he's a 10x World Tag Team Champion with Harlem Heat, 6x TV Champion, the reigning and defending undisputed Heavyweight Champion, the People's Champion, Booker T.

WCW World Heavyweight Championship: Jeff Jarrett vs Booker T (c)
Booker is limping his way to and into the ring, so Jarrett takes advantage and attacks as he's stepping through the ropes. Jarrett with boots in the corner right to the knee stomping away Booker with rights, Jarrett sent off the ropes into a back elbow. Jarrett counters a whip off the ropes, goes for a knee but Booker slips around into a roll up for two. Booker with a spin kick after ducking a clothesline. Booker sent off the ropes, Jarrett tries for a leapfrog but sent down with a powerbomb, folded up into a pin for two. Booker with a standing side kick and clotheslines Jarrett to the floor.
Jarrett into the guard rail, then across the floor into the guard rail again. Double counter on an Irish whip sends Jarrett into the guard rail a third time. Back in the ring, Jarrett sent into the corner,, gets his legs up but Booker slides under, crotching Jarrett into the ring post, then a second time. Booker goes up top and goes for a missile dropkick though only hits Jarrett with the one leg and lands on his bad one. Jarrett goes after the knee again and drives Booker into the corner, then Booker's sent across the ring, catches Jarrett with a back elbow but he's kicked in the back of the leg. Jarrett wraps Booker's knee around the ring post, then a second time, then slams a chair into it. Jarrett prematurely poses with the title before jamming the chair into his leg again. Booker is crotched on the guard rail and Jarrett poses on the steps before returning this to the ring.
Jarrett stomps away at the leg again and gets Booker in a Boston crab, and manages to get to the ropes and force a break. More shots to the knee and Booker rolls out. Chair to the leg again then they return to the ring again. Booker sent into the corner, goes up and over, rolls Jarrett up for two, then they take each other out with clotheslines. Jarrett off the ropes and Booker blocks some rights, Jarrett through the legs, sent off the ropes into a spinebuster, Booker covers for a near fall. Booker reverses an Irish whip to set up for the ax kick and connects, followed by a spinaroonie but he takes out the ref inadvertently in the process.
Jarrett gets his guitar just as Booker's going for the Harlem Side Kick and smashes it right over the bad knee. Jarrett pulls Booker back to the middle and gets him in the figure 4. Booker goes down for the count but pops back up at two. Booker tries desperately to reach for the ropes and tries to reverse the pressure but Jarrett overpowers him. Booker down for the count again and pops up at two. Booker  manages to push himself back and get to the ropes and force a break... well eventually because Jarrett holds on forever.
Booker slides out to the floor and the ref goes to check on him. Jarrett grabs the title belt as the ref helps Booker out and Jarrett nails the ref instead. Booker delivers rights and Jarrett into the guard rail. There's a table at ringside set up for some reason and Jarrett goes to put him through with the Stroke from the apron, but Booker puts him through with a Book End instead. Another ref rushes out and starts his 10 count. Jarrett hasn't moved and Booker breaks the 10 count, so he can toss Jarrett back in. Booker covers but Jarrett gets his foot on the bottom rope.
Jarrett immediately rolls out and grabs a chair, low blow to Booker and Jarrett nails the ref overhead with the chair, thinking it was Booker. Jarrett sets the chair up and sends Booker face first into it with the Stroke. Jarrett covers, a third ref runs down but it only gets two. Jarrett swings the chair, Booker ducks, he's supposed to hit a swinging neckbreaker on the chair but Jarrett botches it and still goes down, Booker covers for a near fall. Jarrett sent into the corner, gets a boot up, to the middle rope, caught for a Book End but fights out, tries to send Booker off the ropes but he's pulled back into a Book End to retain in 14:34. I'm a bit stuck on this one. It was a bit overbooked with the ref bumps, but the match I thought told a fairly good story and it was another good match with these two, so.... Fuck it I'll give it a thumbs up.

Well fans seem to disagree with me and they're seen leaving pretty much immediately and trashing the ring and surrounding area and the show fades out.

FINAL THOUGHTS
Well this show is not as bad as it's reputation makes it out to be, at least I thought. I mean yeah, it had some shit, you had the Judy Bagwell stipulation, you had the shoot shit with the three-way, you had the ROTC Match, but like at this point WCW's done so much awful shit, most of this stuff was more things I rolled my eyes at than anything else. And it wasn't a total shit show, it had a good opener and a good main event. Buff and Kanyon I thought was good as far as the action went, same as the Storm/Awesome match, but everything else was either just OK or a clusterfuck, but again that's typical WCW at this point. With a run time of 2:47:24, there was a total 1:37:40 of wrestling.
