WWF Week 6 Recap
Raw
- HBK resigns as commissioner, announces himself as WWF spokesperson and guest ref for Iron Man match
- Dudleyz get the clean win over Snow and Blackman, then are put through tables by X-Pac and Tori
- Rikishi beats Angle by DQ when E&C interfere
- Godfather and Crash have a Hardcore Title match, but one of the hos pin Crash to win it, then is immediately rolled up by Crash to win it back
- Hardcore Holly beats Jericho in a hardcore match after Benoit interferes
- Big Show beats T&A by DQ after Shane hits him with a chair, then Show throws Shane into the WWF.com sign back of the head first.
- Saturn and Malenko beat Chyna and Eddie after she accidentally nails Eddie with a low blow
- E&C retain the tag titles over Hardyz and APA
- Benoit beats Rock in a Submission Match via Screwjob, then Rock puts HHH through a table to end the show
Smackdown
- Kurt gets a clean win over Scotty with a roll up
- Chyna and Eddie set up a one-on-one match between Malenko and Saturn with the winner facing Eddie for the title alone at the PPV, with Eddie as referee. In the end, Eddie lays them both out and declares them both winners, and the PPV match doesn't change.
- Sexay beats Christian via roll up with a handful of tights
- Val Venis is granted an IC Title match for the post-PPV Raw, no matter who comes out the champion. He and Jericho team up to a DQ win over Hardcore and Benoit after the former nails Jericho with a chair. Then he hits Benoit with it and brutally attacks his knee with the chair.
- Rikishi gets the DQ win over Edge after Kurt and Christian interfere. Too Cool make the save, then their dance routine is interrupted by ECK.
- Show runs some semblance of a Gauntlet against T&A, Bull & Boss Man, and DX, then with help from T&A Shane delivers a mock chokeslam to Show to win.
- Crash pays APA to protect him while he gets some sleep for an hour, since his 24/7 Title reign has had him on edge. The ho from Raw tries to get it, but APA stop her. Once the hour's up and APA leave, Brisco makes the quietest pinfall ever and wins the Hardcore Title.
- A Lumberjack Handicap Tables Match between Rock and the Dudleyz turns into chaos as they and the Lumberjacks brawl into a mess. In the end, HHH puts Rock through a table to end the show.
Judgement Day
- Too Cool and Rikishi beat ECK after a Hip Hop Drop from Sexay onto Edge
- Eddie retains the European Title over Malenko and Saturn after Malenko is tripped and lands face first on a lead pipe hidden among roses.
- With help from T&A and after crushing his leg under a speaker, Shane beats Show in a Falls Count Anywhere Match with a cinder block to the head.
- Benoit makes Jericho pass out in the crossface to retain the IC Title in a Submission Match. Benoit vs Venis for the IC Title now official for Raw.
- Taking advantage of a ref bump, DX beat Dudleyz in a Tables Match, but Dudleyz get to put Brisco through a table when it's over.
- After interference from the returning/debuting Undertaker/American Badass, amidst some controversy regarding the timing, HHH wins the WWF Title 6-5 in the 60-Minute Iron Man Match.
