WCW Week of September 11, 2000 Recap

Nitro
- Filthy Animals retain the Tag Titles over Kronik after interference from the Harris Brothers
- Cat makes the World Title Match at the PPV a Cage Match. Ms. Jones vs Jarrett is made for later, as well as Nash vs Steiner for the title. Cat is attacked by Jarrett and Steiner.
- Reno beats Vito in a Stick Ball Bat on a Pole Match after a returning Johnny the Bull interferes. Vito attacks the Thrillers with a kendo stick after the match.
- Madusa beats Torrie via DQ after interference by Douglas. Douglas attacks Madusa after the match until Kidman makes the save. Scaffold Match at the PPV is made a tag team match.
- Jarrett beats Ms. Jones with a guitar shot despite having his hands cuffed. Awesome makes a post match save.
- Nash tries to convince Steiner to lay down for him in their match throughout the night, and all it does is piss Steiner off.
- Jim Duggan passes the torch to Rection.
- Rection beats Storm after a 2x4 shot from Duggan.
- The David/Stacey wedding is interrupted when Ric is arrested for violating a restraining order Russo has on him, despite Russo not being there. Stacey also just leaves.
- Supposed brain surgery footage for Russo.
- Sting beats the Harris Brothers with help from Kronik.
- Stacey/David wedding is called off when Stacey reveals her baby isn't David's.
- Nash vs Steiner ends in a no contest when their turmoil turns out to be one big swerve. Booker's head gets smashed through the windshield of Awesome's bus and they try to ram Goldberg into the ring as he's cuffed to the grill, but he breaks free to end the show.

Thunder
- Cat books himself and Booker in a tag match against Steiner and Nash for the World Title for later, as well as Sting vs Jarrett. It's later made a 2 out of 3 Falls Match.
- Jindrak and O'Haire beat Disqo and Tygress after Disqo abandons her. Animals try to make the save but they're ambushed by the Thrillers.
- Booker promises Sting a shot at the World Title if he wins at the PPV.
- Storm offers to give up Guns if Rection and Duggan can beat him and Elix in a tag match later. Rection convinces Duggan to come out of retirement to do it.
- Torrie/Douglas vs Kidman/Madusa ends in a double countout when they fight into the crowd.
- Tenay acts like an ass in an interview with Ric, accuses him of being the father and gets told off.
- Jarrett was also offered a World Title shot by Nash, so he and Sting make their match a contender's match. Jarrett gets the first fall with the Stroke, Sting gets the 2nd fall with a roll up. There's a ref bump, Sting gets Jarrett in the Deathlock and somehow has the bell run even though he's not the ref and the ref is still down, so he sort of wins.
- Kronik beat Filthy Animals and Harris Brothers after High Time on one of the Harrises. Adams is then hit in the face with a chain wrapped bat.
- Duggan is attacked backstage before his tag match, so Rection goes it alone in a losing effort against Team Canada, and doesn't get Guns back. Rection then has Guns put on the line again for the PPV Match.
- Nash and Steiner beat Booker and Cat via DQ after Goldberg spears Steiner, so Nash retains.

Fall Brawl
- Elix retains the 100kg and Under Title over Kwee-Wee after interference from Mike Sanders
- MIA beat 3 Count
- The Chain Match between Kronik and the Harrises is made a First Blood Match. There's a ref bump. One of the Harrises bleed first, then Adams bleeds. The Harris ducks out of sight as the ref comes to and rewards the match to the Harrises. Kronik give the ref High Time.
- Storm retains the Canadian Title against Rection after Duggan becomes Canadian. They also keep Guns as their captive.
- Orndorff is revealed as a surprise partner, teaming with Vito and the Animals to take on thr Thrillers. Match is ruled a no contest after Orndorff suffers a stinger and gets carted to the back.
- Douglas/Torrie beat Kidman/Madusa in the Scaffold Match after Douglas kicks Madusa off, then throws Kidman off, then Torrie climbs down.
- David is all paranoid waiting for Stacey's baby daddy, accuses and attacks the mailman before running off.
- Sting beats Vamp and Muta with a Deathdrop on Muta. Sting saves Muta from a post-match beat down from his now former teammates.
- Awesome beats Jarrett in a Bunkhouse Brawl with help from the Buffalo Bills and Gary Coleman, despite Coleman being an '80s star and getting a guitar shot.
- Steiner beats Goldberg after he's knocked unconscious with help from Russo, Midajah, a bat, and a lead pipe, and locked in the Recliner out cold.
- Booker regains the World Title in a Cage Match against Nash.
